PERBANYAKAN DAN APLIKASI BIOFUNGISIDA Trichoderma spp UNTUK PENGENDALIAN JAMUR AKAR PUTIH PADA TANAMAN KARET PADA KELOMPOK TANI DI KECAMATAN TOHO KABUPATEN MEMPAWAH KALIMANTAN BARAT

Toho sub-district is a district in Pontianak Regency which has the widest rubber plantation that is 4,897.00 or 36% of the rubber plantation area in Mempawah Regency. Most of the main income of the population in Kecamatan Toho is highly dependent on the agricultural sector, ie plantation crops, especially rubber crops. Problems faced by rubber farmers Toho District are: 1) The low productivity of rubber plants caused by many rubber plants are attacked by white root fungus disease (JAP) which resulted in low income farmers. 2) JAP's control efforts undertaken by rubber farmers are traditional in nature, requiring manpower and time and a very large amount of funds, so this control is less effective. 3) The knowledge and skills of farmers are still very limited in the use of biofungisida that is easier, cheaper and effective in controlling JAP disease. 4) Farmers have not been able to produce their own Trichoderma spp biofungicide to control JAP. To overcome the problems of rubber farmers in Kecamatan Toho, a program of multiplication training and biofungisida application is aimed at: 1) Providing rubber farmers knowledge and skills about Trichoderma spp biofungicide and application on crops 2) Providing rubber farmers knowledge and skills in biofungicide propagation Trichoderma spp so that farmers can produce and produce independently so as to form the business unit of biofungisida production. The training activities undertaken provide the following solutions: 1) Increase rubber farmers knowledge and skills through counseling and training on JAP disease control 2) Increase farmers' skills in propagating Trichoderma spp biofungicides through training so that rubber farmers can produce their own biofungicides to control JAP disease. 3) Establish a farm-based production unit that can produce Trichoderma spp (product) biofungiside for JAP disease control. This activity will be conducted in Terap Kecamatan Village from 17 to 22 July 2017. The success of the activity will be measured from the increased knowledge and skills of the target audience in producing Trichoderma spp biofungicide and its application on rubber plant and the most important is the result of the formation of Trichoderma spp biofungicide product. The resulting Trichoderma spp biofungicide product will be applicable to farmers on rubber plantations that will ultimately increase the production of rubber crops that will increase farmers' income.
